Turnaround TimeAs many of our products are made-to-order, turnaround times vary. For turnaround times related to your specific order, reference the product page(s) for the specific product(s) that you have ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Turnaround times are estimates only. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to rural/isolated locations may exceed previous estimates. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Some oversized orders may be subject to additional shipping surcharges, and may not be eligible for free shipping. Orders to rural/isolated locations may also incur surcharges. We will contact you prior to starting your order, if a surcharge is necessary.
Due to the size and natures of our products, Frame101.ca does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order trackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and TaxesFrame101.ca is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DamagesFrame101.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
