Turnaround Time
As many of our products are made-to-order, turnaround times vary. For turnaround times related to your specific order, reference the product page(s) for the specific product(s) that you have ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Turnaround times are estimates only. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free pickup at our Halifax showroom is also available to local customers. If local pickup is selected at checkout, we will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready.
Delivery time starts after the turnaround time required to produce your order. For more information on turnaround times, reference the product page(s) for the specific product(s) that you have ordered.
Delivery times to rural/isolated locations may exceed previous estimates. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Some oversized orders may be subject to additional shipping surcharges, and may not be eligible for free shipping. Orders to rural/isolated locations may also incur surcharges. We will contact you prior to starting your order, if a surcharge is necessary.
Due to the size and natures of our products, Frame101.ca does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.Customs, Duties and Taxes
