Frame 101 Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for visiting and shopping at frame101.ca. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must request a return shipping label from hello@frame101.ca.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your exchange or refund after inspecting the item.
If your exchange or refund is approved, we will immediately begin working on a replacement and will ship it to you at no cost.
Returns
Frame 101 is committed to your satisfaction. Exchanges/Refunds
Custom items are not eligible for refund, but will be remade to your satisfaction.
